There
can be times when school can be really stressful.
If
your friends aren't talking to you, you're getting
bullied, your
grades aren't that good or you feel like your
teacher is giving you a hard time, life at school
can be a bit of a struggle.
Another
stressful time is the lead up to exams
and exam week. All that studying
along with the pressure to do well can feel almost
unbearable.
If
you feel like talking about something your should
try and find someone you trust and feel comfortable
with because having someone to talk to can be
a huge help. It could be a friend, your parents,
a teacher or even anonymously via a helpline.
